These terms apply to the INIBI website, the web app at web.inibi.app and the INIBI apps for iPhone and Android (together, "INIBI"), published by [Company name], [Registered address], Cluj-Napoca, Romania ("we"). By using INIBI you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.

1. What INIBI is

INIBI is a journey planning assistant for public transport in Cluj-Napoca. It predicts when vehicles will arrive and how likely connections are, using public timetables, live vehicle positions and history it collects. INIBI is independent: it is not made, endorsed or operated by CTP Cluj-Napoca, the Municipality of Cluj-Napoca or Tranzy.

2. Predictions are estimates

Every time, probability and route INIBI shows is an estimate. Traffic, breakdowns, diversions, vehicles changing lines and gaps in the data it relies on mean the real service can differ, sometimes a lot. Use INIBI as a guide, allow a margin for journeys that matter, and follow official announcements and what you see at the stop. We do not guarantee that INIBI is accurate, complete, or available at any given time, and we may change or stop features.

3. Your account

You don't need an account to use INIBI. If you create one, give a correct email address, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

4. Acceptable use

Don't:

  • use INIBI unlawfully, or in a way that harms other people or the service;
  • scrape, copy at scale or resell INIBI's data or predictions, or call its interfaces automatically, without our written permission;
  • try to get around its security or limits, or reverse engineer it except as the law allows;
  • send spam or abusive content through the contact form.

5. Ownership and third-party data

INIBI, its name, logo, design and software belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to use it for its purpose. Transit data comes from Tranzy OpenData and CTP Cluj-Napoca's published timetables; maps and place data from OpenStreetMap contributors, under the Open Database License.

6. Price and ads

INIBI is free to use and is supported by ads. Ads are provided by third parties and aren't endorsements by us. If we ever introduce paid features, we'll tell you their price and terms before you pay for anything.

7. Liability

INIBI is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses from relying on a prediction, such as a missed bus, connection, appointment or ticket. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email before they take effect. Using INIBI after that means you accept the new terms.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Romania, without taking away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live as a consumer. You can also turn to the Romanian consumer authority, ANPC.
