Common questions

INIBI doesn't show what's around me

It needs your location. Allow it when asked, or turn it on in your phone's settings (Settings > Privacy > Location on iPhone; Settings > Location > App permissions on Android) or in your browser's site settings. You can also plan from any place you pick on the map.

I don't get journey alerts

Alerts come for a journey you've started. In the iPhone and Android apps, allow notifications for INIBI in your phone's settings. In a browser, allow notifications for web.inibi.app and keep the page open: browsers stop pages in the background.

A prediction was wrong

Predictions are estimates, and some days the buses surprise everyone. If one line or stop is consistently off, tell us which one and when: it helps us improve the model.

I didn't get the confirmation or password email

Check your spam folder, then ask for it again from the account screen. The emails come from an inibi.app address.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, choose “Forgot your password?” and we'll email you a link to choose a new one. It works for an hour.

Do my saved places move to a new phone?

Yes, with an account: sign in on the new device and your saved trips, places and favourite lines follow. Trip history stays on the device where it was made.

How do I change my ad choices?

Open the account screen and choose “Ad privacy choices”. You can switch personalised ads on or off at any time.

Is INIBI from CTP?

No. INIBI is independent. For tickets, fares, lost property and official announcements, contact CTP Cluj-Napoca.

Still stuck?

Email [email protected] or use the contact form. Tell us your phone or browser, and the line, stop and time if it's about a prediction.
