Delete your INIBI account
Your account, and everything kept with it, deleted for good.

Enter your account's email address. We'll send you a link to confirm, so nobody else can delete it.
In the app
Signed in on your phone or in the web app? Open the account screen (the person icon at the top right) and choose Delete account. It's deleted at once.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, name, password or Google sign-in, and all your sign-in sessions.
- Everything synced with it: saved trips, saved places, favourite lines and preferences.
It's deleted from our database immediately and can't be recovered. Nothing is kept afterwards. The only exception: if you ever wrote to us, your messages stay in our inbox until you ask us to delete them too.
What stays on your devices
Trip history and anything you saved while signed out live on your device, not with us. To remove them, uninstall the app, or clear the data of web.inibi.app in your browser's settings.
